The delicate work of cutting the lid and its sides invites you to know the secrets it contains. Although only those who know how to open it will be able to discover its secrets and enjoy this beautiful mechanism in action.
The Ecrin à Secrets comes with step-by-step, color instructions that are really easy to follow (in several languages including French) and does not require any glue or special tools to be fully assembled.
How the Secret Box works
One would imagine that in order to open the Secret Box we would need a key. And it does: beautifully integrated into the sculpted cover. All you need to do to remove it is to turn the key clockwise slightly. Although getting the key is only the first part of opening it.
The second part consists of entering the key on the front of the Secret Box. Turn the key counterclockwise so that the cover will lift gradually. L’Écrin finally reveals its Secrets!
Once the Secrets Box has been opened, you will find inside a small compartment for jewelry, little notes or even small items. So you can put them all in solitary confinement.
To assemble yourself, without the use of glue.

The Secret Box Kit is made from high quality, sustainably sourced wood and has everything you might need for assembly. In addition, we use a laser method to cut parts from a plywood board to provide precise cuts. Remove the pieces from the boards then assemble them to create the complete model.
